An encounter with a whale shark is high on every divers wish list!

For those lucky enough to encounter these gentle ginats the memory of that paticular dive stays with them and makes them the envy of their diving friends who have yet to have a chance encounter with a whale shark.

Certainly encounters with whale sharks in the Andaman is not guarnteed but there are regular sightings, in fact in the 2008-2009 season MV Giamani had three back to back trips with whale shark encounters, plus of course, all the other marine life that makes the Similan Islands such a magical place to dive.
